Welcome to the Kuomintang (KMT)! As a delegate, you will represent a member of the KMT (or allied official), the party in control of the Republic of China, grappling with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in a war that has been underway for the past twenty years. While you both largely paused conflict to unite against the Japanese invasion, Japan surrendered just last morning! On September 10th, 1945, a massive power vacuum emerged: Japan's territories are at stake, partisan tensions are intensifying, the United States has recently taken control of territories near your maritime borders, and the KMT's influence has diminished. While the war has not officially begun, minor skirmishes are already happening at your borders. You must decide whether to attempt a peace deal with the CCP or risk total war to crush their rebellion.
